Ogallala, NE (August 2, 2024) – A fatal hit-and-run accident occurred on Thursday, August 1, on Interstate 80, resulting in the death of a 72-year-old man from Clovis, California. The incident, reported by the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP), took place at approximately 8:40 p.m. west of Big Springs.
According to the Nebraska State Patrol, Dennis Hall was found deceased outside a Lincoln Town Car with a flat tire parked on the shoulder of the highway.
