Omaha, NE (January 2, 2025) – A fatal car crash occurred Wednesday afternoon in North Omaha, claiming the life of a 33-year-old man. The incident happened at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Sorensen Pkwy and 32nd St.
According to the Omaha Police Department (OPD), a 2007 Lincoln MKZ traveling eastbound on Sorensen attempted a turn onto 32nd St when a westbound 2015 Infiniti sedan struck it. Emergency responders, including paramedics and firefighters, promptly arrived at the scene. The driver of the Lincoln, Robert Craig, 33, was extricated from the vehicle by Omaha Fire & Rescue and transported to Nebraska Medicine, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
