Omaha, NE (January 3, 2025)—Two individuals were injured in a car crash early Friday morning in central Omaha. The incident happened around 8:00 a.m. on the ramp connecting 72nd St to W Center Rd.  

According to Omaha Police, the collision involved two cars. One flipped onto its roof while the other left the roadway entirely. Emergency services, including Omaha Fire and Rescue, acted swiftly to extract the occupants from the wreckage and secure the area. All westbound lanes were closed temporarily as first responders managed the scene and directed traffic.  

Both injured individuals were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. Their conditions remain undisclosed, and police actively investigate the circumstances leading to the crash.
