Motorized Bicycle Accidents in Lincoln
Motorized bicycle crashes are a growing concern in Lincoln and across Nebraska. These bikes offer a flexible, low-cost way to travel, but riders face real dangers when sharing roads with full-sized vehicles. With little physical protection, even a minor collision can result in major injuries such as broken bones, internal trauma, or traumatic brain injury. Intersections are particularly risky, especially when drivers fail to yield or check blind spots before turning.
In Nebraska, the law requires both drivers and bicyclists to follow traffic rules, but fault can still be difficult to determine after a crash. That’s why it’s important to seek legal help right away if you’re injured in this type of accident. A skilled personal injury attorney can step in to investigate, gather evidence, and protect your rights from the start.
