Omaha, NE (January 12, 2025) – A crash occurred on Sunday, January 11, in North Omaha, sending two individuals to the hospital. The collision, reported by the Omaha Police Department (OPD), took place just before 11:00 p.m. at the intersection of Military Avenue and Fontanelle Boulevard.
According to OPD, the accident involved two cars. One car, carrying minors, suffered minor injuries, while two adults in the second car were transported to the hospital. One of the adults sustained serious back injuries, and the other’s injuries were non-life-threatening.
First responders, including police officers and emergency medical personnel, immediately arrived at the scene to control traffic and assist with the injured. Omaha Fire Department personnel were also on hand to extricate the vehicles involved in the collision.
