Pleasanton, NE (July 27, 2024) – A fatal motorcycle accident occurred early Saturday morning north of Pleasanton, resulting in the death of a 29-year-old Holdrege man. The incident, investigated by the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office, took place at approximately 1:26 a.m. on US Hwy 10.

Following the ambulance was a 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Jacob A. Kimberly of Holdrege. As the ambulance slowed to meet another dispatched unit, the vehicle collided with the rear of the ambulance.
Jacob A. Kimberly, the motorcycle driver, was pronounced dead at the scene.
